    Here at www.fastfixsupplies.com we do not take any responsibility for packages once they leave our many shipping depots, nor do we assume any liability for the condition of the package after it has been delivered. Photographs may be accepted as proof of damage to your package if you believe it has arrived in an unsettled state. We may agree to reship products that have been damaged in transit if we decide that the condition of the package does not meet our quality standards or has been tampered with. Feel free to contact us by email or via our contact page if you encounter any problems with delivery. Our orders are handled by numerous 3rd party couriers, which means that once they leave our supervised and controlled facility, we are unaware of any damage.

    Only in the event that we are unable to ship or complete any order, then do we offer customers a full refund. We do not offer customers refunds on any orders that have been completed, only if the conditions previously mentioned are met. In the event that the order received contains the wrong product or has been damaged and in bad condition we ask customers to get in touch with our customer support team to further address the concern. Photographic evidence is required for any claims, as further assistance will only be provided once the claim passes the specific requirements set by our Refunds and Returns team, who will thoroughly evaluate any claims from our customers. Any products that have been delivered back to us via our 3rd party couriers will not be eligible for a refund.
