The Knipex 9516160 StepCut Cable Shears are insulated and VDE tested to 1000V. Small strong and lightweight they are able to cut solid copper and aluminium cables up to 5 x 4 mm?. Manufactured from high-grade special tool steel which has been forged and oil-hardened. Measuring only 160mm in length, they require much less effort to operate, 40% less than other cutters of a similar length. The cutting edges are additionally induction-hardened for a precise cut time and time again. Sold in a cardboard box.
