The Draper 12951 heavy-duty centre cut bolt cutters are suitable for cutting high tensile material up to 40 HRC. The jaws have been hardened to HRC 58-60 to give long life. They have a centre cut jaw pattern and grips on handles. Spare jaws are available separately.
